Brian Lamb
Brian has been involved in developing web content strategies since 1999. Since starting to work with Gerry McGovern, Brian has been project manager responsible for delivering projects on website review; content management strategy and publication process design. Brian has held senior consultancy positions with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young and VISION Consulting. He designed and led the Northern Ireland Institute of Directors Knowledge Management Exchange and is currently working with the Director of E-Government in Northern Ireland on Digital Inclusion.

- Led the communication of the policy to Agency managers.
- Brian led the review of the Department Website and the feedback workshop that followed the review.
- Reviewed the Departments draft publishing policy and proposed changes to support the results of the website review.

- Brian led the review of websites and intranet.
